《ENERGY BREAK》 10 minute Exercise Every Day!



People who work in an office tend to sit for a long time. Long-time-sitting causes blood circulation to turn slowly, and tightened muscles around head, neck, shoulders, wrist and lower back, causing soreness. Legs would also easily swell. If we exercise 10 minutes every day, we can get rid of these symptoms, moreover, living two years longer, decreasing the possibility of diseases.

For the health of the employees, on November 28, 2017, Good Way started《Energy Break》A 10-minute-break for employees to exercise following the guidance video that will automatically appear on each employee’s computer screen from 15:00-15:10. The video is produced by the Health Promotion Administration, Ministry of Health and Welfare. Good Way’s employees will stand up from their long-sitting position and move around. These movements in the video help our bodies to fasten metabolism and stay away from diseases.

On the first day of Energy Break, Good Way invited The Chief Secretary of Health and Exercise Association, Mr. Hsiun-Long Huang, to demonstrate and lead all the employees a 10 minute exercise routine. Mr. Huang explained the advantage of exercising 10 minutes every day as well as what to be careful when doing exercising. Good Way wishes every employee to have a healthy body and mind!
