Introduction

This enclosure fits 3.5" SATA and SATA II hard drive and allows you to connect to a host computer via either eSATA or USB 2.0 output interface. With the introduce of the SATA specification eSATA, or called External SATA, users now can utilize the SATA interface outside the PC for direct attachment of external storage or backup device. The eSATA output port on this enclosure is compliant with SATA II 3Gb/s, providing a throughput up to 5 times faster than existing USB 2.0 solution. If eSATA interface is not available on PC motherboard, users can alternatively utilize the USB 2.0 output also. To satisfy users' needs for instant backup, the enclosure features a one-button backup operation in conjunction with an easy to use backup software bundle*. No more comprehensive steps for backup anymore. The backup software alone with your high capacity hard disk, SATA II high transfer rate, making this product an ideal solution for full disk backup and recovery.
