To all our friends,

Since 1983, Good Way has been dedicated to R&D and manufacturing of computer peripherals and wireless products. We have also collaborated with customers seamlessly to develop innovative products for the unique needs of each different markets. Today, Good Way has become a pioneer in docking station globally, and the most trusted partner.

Good Way has continued to grow gradually through the collective efforts of all employees after pandemic. In response to the global ESG trend, while pursuing revenue and profit growth, we have incorporated the concept of sustainable development into Good Way's core business strategy and developed Good Way's sustainable development roadmap. Following this sustainable development path, I have declared that we will transform and achieve net-zero by 2050. We have also initiated several concrete actions to progressively realize environmental sustainability, employee care, and social harmony, including the transition to renewable energy and deepening the impact of social welfare activities.

To demonstrate Good Way's determination to implement sustainable development, since 2019, we have published our annual CSR report in accordance with GRI standards. This report actively responds to the sustainable issues of concern to stakeholders and publicly discloses our mid- and long-term goals and delivered results in various aspects of ESG, including :

In corporate governance, we were listed as an excellent company in the corporate governance evaluation jointly organized by the Taiwan Stock Exchange and OTC, and Investors. Those awards recognized our efforts in implementing corporate governance and remind us to sustain the good relationships with all stakeholders and strictly adhere to the regulations of corporate governance for protecting their rights and interests.

In terms of a friendly workplace, employee care, and labor rights protection, Good Way has always aimed to fulfill CSR and realize an enterprise of well-being. We strive to ensure that every employee's rights are well-protected and that their physical and mental well-being is balanced. To achieve this, we invest resources annually to meet our set goals, and our achievements have been recognized by government agencies and social media.

In social harmony, we established the "Good Way Public Welfare Education Trust Fund" in 2016 to engage in charity and social welfare activities. These activities and engaging initiatives focused on education for rural children, caring for the elderly, and social harmony.

In realizing environmental sustainability, recognizing the increasing impact of climate change on the global ecological environment, Good Way, as a corporate citizen of the Earth, has long invested resources in pursuit of low-carbon operations and energy transformation. This includes gradually replacing traditional energy-generated electricity with renewable energy, ensuring Good Way's operation bases meet green building requirements and obtaining certifications, and introducing a circular economy for products and services to achieve carbon neutrality.

We understand a company whose vision is achieving the sustainable development, the objectives are not only the profitability and business growth, but also contributing to environmental sustainability and social welfare. More importantly, we must strictly adhere to the regulations beyond compliance in order to sustain our competitive edge.
