From Commitment to Excellence: Co-creating a New Horizon of Sustainability for 2025

Dear stakeholders, partners, and colleagues of Good Way Technology:

For Good Way Technology, 2025 marks a highly significant milestone—our "Year of Sustainability in Practice". Facing global geopolitical fluctuations, the paradigm shift driven by AI technologies, and increasingly stringent international supply chain compliance requirements, we have not only responded steadily to operational challenges but also progressively embedded "sustainable governance" into our corporate DNA. Here, I sincerely share with you the significant achievements Good Way has made in 2025 across the economic, environmental, social responsibility, and corporate governance dimensions.

Economic Performance & Innovation: Dual-Track Growth in Global Footprint and AI Technology

On the operational front, 2025 was the harvest period for Good Way's global manufacturing resilience. Beyond continually enhancing our production efficiency in Taiwan and Kunshan, our Vietnam plant officially commenced production in the second quarter of 2025. This achievement not only mitigates tariff risks arising from geopolitics but also further satisfies global customers' demand for flexible supply chain solutions.
In terms of product design and R&D, we actively seized the momentum of AI PCs, focusing on Edge Computing and high-performance transmission technologies. We introduced several smart docking solutions supporting Thunderbolt™ 5 and USB4.
We firmly believe that technological innovation must serve sustainability. Therefore, we implemented Life Cycle Management (LCM) right at the design stage, prioritizing energy efficiency and circular reusability to achieve an optimal balance between market competitiveness and environmental friendliness.

Accreditations & Awards: Recognized by Authoritative International and Domestic Sustainability Institutions

In 2025, Good Way achieved unprecedented breakthroughs in the transparency and maturity of its ESG performance. We stood out on EcoVadis, a leading global platform for business sustainability ratings, and earned the Bronze Medal, indicating that our sustainability performance outperforms 65% of participating companies worldwide. In terms of climate action disclosure, our CDP (Carbon Disclosure Project) rating advanced from previous levels to a "B" score (Management level), reflecting Good Way's evolution from simple data disclosure to a stage equipped with active risk management and concrete carbon reduction actions.
Domestically, Good Way was rated "Level A" in the Taiwan Index Plus (TIP) ESG Rating, fully demonstrating our sustainable resilience within Taiwan’s capital market.

Environmental Sustainability: Pragmatic Progress in Low-Carbon Transformation

Following our "2050 Net-Zero Emissions" roadmap, Good Way continues to drive low-carbon operations. In 2025, we achieved remarkable progress in resource efficiency management: solar power generation at our Kunshan plant consistently maintained a high level of approximately 40%. Concurrently, we worked diligently toward our "3-3-2-2" energy-saving and carbon-reduction targets, effectively reducing operational energy intensity through smart energy monitoring systems and process optimization.
In eco-design, we set a target that "all new product introductions must incorporate at least one circular design principle". In 2025, we successfully raised the proportion of Post-Consumer Recycled (PCR) plastics in strategic products to over 20%, reducing the average product carbon footprint across several key models by 3%. This demonstrates Good Way’s capability to decouple resource dependence from business revenue growth.

Social Responsibility & Human Rights: Fostering an Inclusive Workplace and Empowering Society

Good Way firmly believes that "talent is the most critical core competitiveness of an enterprise". In 2025, we officially joined the "TALENT, in Taiwan" alliance, promoting Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) and driving workplace culture transformation. Regarding human rights protection, we adhere 100% to the Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) Code of Conduct and extend these standards to our supply chain management, ensuring labor rights and business integrity across our entire value chain.
I am particularly proud that Good Way has long been committed to cultivating a healthy workplace culture, having passed the assessment of the Sports Administration, Ministry of Education for three consecutive periods (a total of nine years), earning the "Sports Enterprise Certification". This nine-year dedication proves that we care not only about employee work performance, but also deeply value our colleagues' physical and mental well-being. Through sports clubs, physical fitness assessments, and various health promotion programs, we infuse vitality and positive energy into our entire working environment.
In corporate social responsibility, the "Artistic Light" project long-sponsored by the Good Way Education Foundation has benefited a cumulative total of 68 remote elementary schools in Changhua County, hosting over 4,000 events. Furthermore, coastal cleanup activities and second-hand material donation drives organized spontaneously by our employees extended sustainability awareness into local communities, creating tangible social value.

Outlooks for 2026: Leading Dual Transformation, Creating Shared Prosperity

Looking ahead to 2026, Good Way will continue to center its efforts around the "6Cs" framework (Clean, Care, Community, Corporate Governance, Creativity & Innovation, Culture):

  • Enhancing Resilience and Intelligence: Continuously allocate resources toward product innovation, develop AI-driven smart manufacturing and management systems, enable data-driven decision making, and maximize resource utilization.
  • Sustainable Talent Development: Strengthen cross-disciplinary transformation training for employees to ensure they deliver greater value in the AI era.
  • Deepening Value Chain Carbon Management: Target increasing green product revenue share to 35% by 2030, while collaborating with customers and key suppliers on energy conservation and carbon reduction.
Hard work and dedication are gradually turning into concrete accomplishments. Good Way will step into 2026 with an even firmer pace.

We sincerely thank all shareholders, customers, and employees for your continuous support. Let us continue to work hand in hand to "Docking your Work, Connecting your World," becoming the most trusted connector in the global wave of sustainability.
