Policy Management

Good Way Technology regards suppliers as essential partners in sustainable development. Compliance with relevant regulatory obligations forms the foundation of our long-term partnerships with suppliers. In alignment with Good Way's sustainable development policy, we integrate supplier management practices across labor human rights, environmental protection, and occupational health and safety into our supply chain risk management to ensure the sustainability of our strategic partnerships.

Policies and Guidelines

Good Way values cooperation and growth with its suppliers. Following responsible procurement policy guidelines and responding to customer needs, we formulate sustainable supply chain strategies to collaborate with supply chain partners in mitigating the negative environmental and social impacts of product manufacturing, while ensuring that suppliers comply with business integrity standards and international labor human rights requirements.

Objectives and Implementation Strategies

Medium-Term ObjectivesImplementation Strategies
Supplier Compliance and Sustainability Assessment: All regular trading suppliers comply with the Good Way Supplier Code of Conduct; zero high-risk Tier-1 suppliers.

Green and Conflict-Free Mineral Procurement: Raw materials are 100% compliant with Green Product (GP) requirements and conflict-free mineral compliance rates, achieving 100% disclosure and due diligence on conflict minerals.
Promote and urge suppliers to strictly adhere to the Good Way Supplier Code of Conduct: Require suppliers to sign a 100% declaration of conformity to the Code of Conduct.

Counsel and assess supplier risks: Establish a supplier sustainability scorecard, regularly compile and evaluate supplier risks, and provide guidance to high-risk suppliers.

Strict supplier and material selection: 100% utilization of suppliers and materials meeting green environmental protection standards and conflict-free mineral requirements. During product approval, suppliers are simultaneously required to provide GP documents and a conflict-free mineral declaration.

Strengthen product responsibility and compliance: Strictly review high-risk supplier reports, and monitor conflict-free mineral survey coverage rates, customer product material declaration response rates, etc.

Sustainable Supply Chain Management Framework
