Good Way's quality management system covers all aspects of quality assurance, including design quality verification and prevention, incoming material quality assurance, process quality control, shipment quality assurance, and post-delivery quality services to meet design and customer standards. At the initial design stage, customer quality requirements are translated into internal design and approval standards, with reliability testing to prevent and mitigate design-related quality risks. For incoming materials, supplier performance is managed and reviewed quarterly to ensure quality. Each production stage is monitored by QC with 100% electrical testing to prevent process quality variations. Regular and ad-hoc internal and customer audits further refine our quality management system, driving continuous improvement.
Quality analysis and management are conducted through sampling plans, statistical data, and KPIs. Customer and market feedback is gathered and discussed in CIP (Continuous Improvement Process) meetings, where production yield and feedback from relevant departments help us continuously improve and reduce quality risks, ensuring customer quality requirements are met and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Reliability Engineering
Reliability verification activities begin at the initial concept stage, based on product characteristics and functional requirements. Collaborating with R&D, potential failure modes are analyzed and assessed for risk through Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) to reduce future product failure risks. During the verification stage, reliability test plans simulate various operational, transport, and storage conditions, combined with fault analysis to quickly incorporate design changes, enhancing product reliability during production. Post-production, regular reliability verification sampling ensures stable product quality for shipments. Market feedback is analyzed through root cause identification and statistical modeling, continually refining reliability model parameters to ensure product longevity.
