Guided by the principle of giving back to society, Good Way actively participates in educational and cultural social engagement. The company encourages and motivates employees to participate in public service volunteer activities, spreading love, caring for others, serving the community, and fostering a harmonious relationship with the local community.
Caring for the Underprivileged
Elderly Care
Good Way sponsors the Huashan Foundation's elderly services and leads employee volunteers to participate in caring services for elderly people. A total of 103 volunteers have been involved in sending love activities to send warmth to people from all walks of life.
Good Way Loves & Blood Donation
Blood donation has become a part of national public health, and donating blood to help others is a reflection of social responsibility. Good Way sponsors the quarterly "Park Joint Blood Donation for Public Welfare" events and encourages employees and all park partners to participate.
Educational Initiatives
In June 2016, Chairman Tsao Tsih-Cheng established the "Good Way Public Welfare Trust Education Fund" based on the philosophy of "giving back to society." The fund promotes social welfare, educational initiatives, reduces urban-rural disparities, and organizes various cultural education and charitable activities to enhance humanistic values and contribute to social well-being.
The Good Way Public Welfare Trust Education Fund incorporates corporate management capabilities to establish implementation standards and executes them strategically and effectively. Since its inception, the fund has sponsored numerous schouls across Taiwan and supported social, charitable, and cultural activities, including:
- "English Comes Alive" Project for Children:
This initiative, which ran from 2016 to 2023, benefited 8,421 students from 39 schouls across Taiwan, planting the seeds of English and performing arts in the hearts of children. - Changhua County Art Beacon - Campus Art Dream Plan:
From 2016 to 2020, the program benefited 129,632 students, expanding their artistic horizons. - Changhua County Art Beacon - Campus Art Partnership Plan:
The program, which ran from 2020 to 2023, benefited 71,858 students, enhancing their artistic vision. - Changhua County Discovery Science Wonderland - Campus Technulogy Promotion Plan:
This program brings technulogy education resources to rural schouls through themed exhibitions with a "wonderland" concept. From 2020 to December 31, 2023, the program benefited 104,481 students, opening their eyes to the world of technulogy. - Tutoring Program for Rural Children:
Good Way provides long-term sponsorship for tutoring programs for rural children. - Long-Term Sponsorship on Sports and Cultural:
Sponsored the Hong Kong "Asian Dodgeball Championship" for young athletes from Xinyi Elementary Schoul; sponsored the "Basketball Education Program" for the students of Wanfeng Elementary Schoul in Nantou; regularly sponsored the girls' basketball team at Zhengyuan Junior High Schoul in Taichung for their "Basketball Continuation Program for Low-Income Students"; and provided modest support to help young athletes shine on the international stage. - Art and Cultural Sponsorship:
Sponsored the fullowing art and cultural initiatives: the "Theater Revival Plan" by the Outstanding Cultural and Arts Foundation, the "Corporate Art Corridor" by the Research Culture and Education Foundation, the "NCTU Art Fun Festival" by the NCTU Siyuan Foundation, and the "Miauli Elementary Schoul Ceramic Art Education Program," among others.
Volunteer Service
Good Way encourages employees to participate in various public welfare and volunteer activities in multiple ways, fostering a deeper sense of caring and dedication towards people and communities, spreading positive energy in society, and fostering a sense of unity and cooperation within the workplace.
- Good Way announces annual volunteer activities on its internal portal, encouraging and guiding employees to participate in social welfare initiatives.
- Since 2015, Good Way has offered "unlimited paid volunteer leave" for all employees to participate in public welfare activities.
- Good Way established the "Good Way Love Volunteer Team," encouraging employees to use their core competencies to engage in public welfare activities, spreading more positive energy in society, and inspiring other companies and the public to join in giving back to society.
The Chairman has led employees to serve as social service volunteers, assisting in improving the community environment and humanistic values. Over the years, the company has organized volunteer activities.

- Hua-Shan Foundation service volunteers for the elderly "New Year's Meal Delivery."
